Do konkursu b\u0119d\u0105 mog\u0142y przyst\u0119powa\u0107 konsorcja z\u0142o\u017cone z przynajmniej trzech zespo\u0142\u00f3w badawczych pochodz\u0105cych z co najmniej trzech kraj\u00f3w bior\u0105cych udzia\u0142 w konkursie.
